Cheras is one of the most mixed neighbourhoods in the Klang Valley, and the air-cond work reflects that range. There is a large stock of older walk-up flats and 1980s-to-1990s apartments around Taman Connaught, Taman Midah and Taman Cheras, alongside established landed terraces and a fast-growing band of newer condos that went up along the MRT corridor.
