Aircond Gas Topup & Refill in KL

If your aircond blows warm, low gas is a common cause — but Marvel finds the leak first, because a sealed system shouldn't lose gas on its own. We pressure-test, repair the leak, then top up R32, R410A or R22 to the correct pressure and confirm cooling before we leave. Across KL and the Klang Valley. WhatsApp +60 11-6068 7085.

Why a leak check matters

A sealed aircond shouldn't lose gas on its own

A sealed system should never need regular topups. If it's low, gas is leaking (bocor) somewhere. Topping up without finding the leak means you pay again in weeks, and the compressor runs starved meanwhile, shortening its life. We pressure-test, locate and repair the leak, then top up to the correct pressure for your gas type. If the leak is at a part, that becomes an aircond repair — quoted before we start.

What we do

Pressure-test → repair the leak → top up → confirm cool

Identify your gas type (R22, R410A or R32), pressure-test for leaks, repair the leak point, top up to the correct pressure, and confirm cooling with a temperature test. The gauge stays visible to you during the topup.

How much is an aircond gas topup?

Priced by HP rating of the unit, with a per-Psi option for small top-ups. R22, R410A and R32 all covered.

TopupPrice
Full topup, 1 – 1.5 HP (most wall-mounted home units)RM 158
Add for every +0.5 HP above 1.5 HP+ RM 28
Add for every +1 HP above 1.5 HP+ RM 48
Small topup, per PsiRM 2.50

Example: a 2 HP wall unit = RM 158 + RM 28 = RM 186. A 3 HP unit = RM 158 + RM 48 + RM 28 = RM 234. Per-Psi pricing is for small top-ups where the system only needs a few Psi added.

Gas type (R22, R410A or R32) is confirmed before the topup. If a leak is found, the leak repair is quoted separately — see aircond repair.

FAQ

Gas topup FAQ

How often should an aircond need gas?
Never, in a sealed leak-free system. Needing regular topups means a leak that should be fixed.
What gas does my unit use?
Newer units use R32, many use R410A, older units use R22 (being phased out). We check and top up the correct type to the right pressure.

Aircond blowing warm?

We find the leak first. Then top up to the right pressure and confirm cool.
