What we collect
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, area, and a short description of your aircond issue. If we attend the job, we keep a record of the address, the work done and the invoice.
When you visit marvelaircon.com, our website collects basic analytics through Google (pages visited, browser type, anonymised location) and, if you arrived from a Google Ad, a small attribution cookie so we know which ad sent you. We don't collect anything sensitive like health, financial or ID-card data — please don't send it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, attend the job, send an invoice, and to see which ads are actually bringing in real customers.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need to see it: our own technicians (to attend the job), Google (analytics and ad measurement), and WhatsApp (when you message us). We don't sell your data to anyone, ever. We may release information if Malaysian law requires it (court order, tax investigation).
How long we keep it
Enquiry-only chats: about 12 months. Completed job records and invoices: kept as long as Malaysian tax law requires (usually 7 years). You can ask us to delete your records sooner.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, stop using it for marketing, or delete it. Email marvelairconmy@gmail.com and we'll act on it within 21 working days.

This site uses standard Google Analytics cookies and a Google Ads attribution cookie (if you came from one of our ads). You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings any time.
